Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for and participating in a Wild Whimsy Connections experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

 You understand that activities may include:

• forest therapy (forest bathing)
• guided meditation in nature
• reflective and intuitive nature practices

These activities take place in outdoor environments that may be uneven, unpredictable, and remote.

 You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• uneven terrain, slipping, or falling
• weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dehydration)
• insects, animals, and plants
• physical exertion
• limited access to immediate medical care
   

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

You agree that:

• you are responsible for your own safety and well-being
• you will follow all instructions provided
• you will inform the facilitator of any concerns

 You confirm that:

• you are physically and mentally able to participate
• you will consult a healthcare provider if unsure

You understand that mindfulness and reflective practices may bring up emotional responses.
You may choose to pause or modify participation at any time. 

You release and hold harmless Wild Whimsy Connections and its facilitator from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation. 

These experiences are for wellness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. 

By registering for a Wild Whimsy Connections LLC experience, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.
