Participant Waiver & Release of Liability for Nature Activities

By registering for and participating in a Wild Whimsy Connections experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Activities

You understand that activities may include:

forest therapy (forest bathing)
guided meditation in nature
reflective and intuitive nature practices

These activities take place in outdoor environments that may be uneven, unpredictable, and remote.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

uneven terrain, slipping, or falling
weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dehydration)
insects, animals, and plants
physical exertion
limited access to immediate medical care

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

3. Personal Responsibility

You agree that:

you are responsible for your own safety and well-being
you will follow all instructions provided
you will inform the facilitator of any concerns

4. Health Acknowledgment

You confirm that:

you are physically and mentally able to participate
you will consult a healthcare provider if unsure

5. Emotional Awareness

You understand that mindfulness and reflective practices may bring up emotional responses.
You may choose to pause or modify participation at any time.

6. Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless Wild Whimsy Connections and its facilitator from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation.

7. Not Medical Advice

These experiences are for wellness and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

8. Agreement

By registering for a Wild Whimsy Connections LLC experience, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms.

At Wild Whimsy Connections, curiosity opens the door to exploring the mysteries of intuition, spirit, and the unseen. Our intuitive and spiritual experiences may include intuitive impressions, mediumship-inspired insights, exploration of connections with loved ones who have passed or spirit guides, and personalized written messages. Each experience offers an opportunity for reflection, personal insight, and spiritual exploration. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Experience

Intuitive and spiritual experiences are personal and subjective. Impressions, symbols, and messages shared during a session reflect the practitioner's intuitive interpretations and cannot be independently verified as supernatural communications. No specific spirit connection, identity, message, insight, or outcome is guaranteed.

2. Personal Interpretation and Choice

You are welcome to explore, question, or set aside anything shared during your experience. You remain responsible for your own interpretations, decisions, and actions. Participation does not require you to adopt any particular spiritual belief.

3. Emotional Awareness

Experiences involving loved ones who have passed, personal memories, or spiritual reflection may bring up unexpected emotions, including grief. You may decline to discuss a subject, ask to pause, or end your session at any time. These experiences are not intended to provide grief counseling, psychological treatment, or crisis support.

4. Written Messages and Automatic Writing

Some experiences may incorporate automatic writing, through which the practitioner records words, phrases, symbols, or impressions as part of an intuitive process. Written messages vary in length and content. Brief event readings may include only a few words, a short passage, or a symbol. Longer written experiences are described separately at the time of booking. Written materials are provided for personal reflection. Their content, meaning, and interpretation are subjective.

Services are offered for personal, creative, and spiritual exploration. They do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You understand that you may pause or discontinue the experience at any time.
